Loch Lomond is owned by the Lyle Anderson Company Inc. and enjoys a deserved reputation as one of the finest and most exclusive private golf clubs in the world. The club boasts two courses, one on the banks of Loch Lomond which is the regular home of the Barclays Scottish Open, and the other, Dondonald Links, situated ten minutes from Prestwick Airport, which during 2008 will become the first Scottish venue ever to host Stage 1 of the European Tour’s Qualifying School. Loch Lomond, built on stunning land on the banks of the Loch that shares its name, was designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish and is widely regarded as the finest inland course in GB & I. Dundonald Links, create by Kyle Phillips, is barely a decade old but is already talked about in the same breath as neighbouring Open Championship venues, Turnberry and Royal Troon. Dundonald Links is open to green fee play.
